Tadapi jatha-shrut kahaun bakhaani | Sumiri gira-pati prabhu dhanu-paani ||
Meaning: The exploits (heroic achievements) of Shree Ram are much beyond measure; even a thousand million sesas (serpent-kings) can not recount them. Nevertheless, fixing my thoughts on the Lord who weilds a bow in his hand and is the lord of speech, I repeat the tale as I have heard it.
